Dr. Jose Perez is the founder and creator of the Mialma platform. Drawing on more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, he identified a major barrier preventing individuals and organizations from efficiently accessing, navigating, and succeeding in the proposal and bidding process.

To solve this challenge, Dr. Perez assembled a multidisciplinary team to develop a unique, user-focused solution that simplifies how proposals are prepared, submitted, and bid on—significantly reducing the effort, complexity, and friction traditionally associated with these processes.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Perez has built, owned, and scaled more than six companies, from early-stage startups through growth and successful exits. Collectively, these ventures have contributed to securing over $300 million in awards, reflecting his deep expertise in business development, funding strategy, and execution.
